Terms and Conditions for The Regulation Academy

By signing up for our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1.⁠ ⁠Membership Overview

The Regulation Academy provides access to a 6 month lifestyle coaching container including pre recorded breathwork sessions & longevity sessions. Members also receive access to a library of recorded sessions, which remains available for the duration of their active membership. Access will be removed upon cancellation.

 2.⁠ ⁠Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made to The Regulation Academy are final and non-refundable.
When joining on a monthly or weekly payment plan, you are committing to a minimum 6-month term. Cancellations after this period require a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice before your next billing date.
If you choose to cancel your membership before the initial 6-month commitment is complete, the remaining balance is still owed.

 3.⁠ ⁠Medical Disclaimer

The content provided through The Regulation Academy—including but not limited to breathwork, meditation, and longevity sessions—is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided should be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, movement, or health practice. Our facilitators and coaches are not licensed medical professionals, and the content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 4.⁠ ⁠Use of Content

All content delivered through The Regulation Academy is the intellectual property of Life With Purpose and is protected by copyright laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use of content beyond personal purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission.

 5.⁠ ⁠Community Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive space. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully with fellow members.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
Please refrain from sharing personal medical or health information—yours or others’—within the community group. This is not a crisis or mental health support space.

 6.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

The Regulation Academy collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to this collection and use.

 7.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant updates via email or announcements within the platform.
Continued use of The Regulation Academy after changes have been communicated constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

 8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Regulation Academy and its facilitators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or personal wellbeing, resulting from your participation in the program.

 9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
