THE 6 MONTHS — WHAT YOU MOVE THROUGH

This is the process. Not just the content.
Month 1
PATTERN RECOGNITION
Before anything changes, you need an accurate read on what your system is actually doing. Not who you are in your best moments who you are under pressure, in repetition, in the patterns you have run for years without ever naming them. This month you identify the specific triggers, habits, and stories your nervous system has organised itself around. That clarity becomes the foundation for everything that follows. By the end of Month 1 you have a precise map of your own system. Not a personality framework. A working understanding of what drives you, what costs you, and what is available to change.
Month 2
BUILDING YOUR REGULATION ARCHITECTURE
Most nervous system work is reactive.
Something happens, you use a tool, you recover. This month is about building something structural, daily rhythms and practices that shift your baseline before the pressure hits, not during it. By the end of Month 2 you have a regulation practice that fits your actual life.
Not aspirational. Functional.
Month 3
BREATHWORK AS PRECISION TOOL
Breathwork is not a wellness ritual. It is a direct line to your autonomic nervous system, the fastest, most accessible way to shift your physiological state available to you. This month you learn to use it with specificity. The right breath pattern for activation, for shutdown, for sleep, for stress. Not one technique for everything. By the end of Month 3 breathwork is a tool you reach for precisely, not ceremonially.
Month 4
THE GUT-NERVOUS SYSTEM AXIS
90% of your serotonin is produced in your gut. The vagus nerve runs directly between your gut and your brain. What you eat and how you digest it is not a separate conversation from nervous system regulation — it is the same conversation. This month addresses the physiological foundations that either support or undermine everything else. What your body needs to function at the level you are asking it to and what may be keeping it in a low-grade stress response. By the end of Month 4 you understand your biology not as a set of rules to follow, but as a system to work with.
Month 6
REDUCING PHYSIOLOGICAL LOAD
Your nervous system does not dysregulate in isolation. It responds to cumulative burden environmental, chemical, internal. When the total load on your system is too high, regulation becomes a constant fight. This final month addresses what you can clear, reduce and shift in your internal environment to lower that baseline load. Less effort to stay regulated. More resource available for everything else. By the end of Month 6 your system is not just better managed. It has less to manage.
